The technical organization of the trips included in this website is the sole responsibility of the Tour Operators, duly identified and of the Mãe Peregrina Agency – RNAVT: 7934.

Upon registration, the customer must deposit 25% of the trip price, settling the remaining 75% up to 30 days before departure. If registration takes place 30 days or less from the date of departure, the total price of the trip must be paid at the time of registration, this being conditional upon obtaining confirmation of reservations from suppliers for all travel services and reconfirmation of the final price.

They will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, always considering legal penalties and possible changes in the final price. If it is not possible to make the change, the customer will be subject to the expenses and charges set out in the heading “Withdrawals”.

The customer may transfer his registration, being replaced by another person who meets all the conditions required for the respective trip, provided that he informs the selling agency at least 21 days in advance and on condition that the airline or other suppliers accept the name change (Change Name). The transfer of registration is jointly responsible for the transferor and the transferee for the payment of the price of the trip and for the additional charges incurred.

1. The customer has the obligation to complain to the entity providing the services at the time of subtraction, deterioration or destruction of luggage.
2. In international transport, in case of damage to luggage, the claim must be made in writing to the carrier immediately, after verification of the damage, and within a maximum of 7 days from its delivery.

If unforeseen circumstances force the suspension of any trips, customers will always be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.

The prices contained in the program are based on the cost of services and exchange rates in effect at the time this program was printed, so they are subject to change resulting from variations in the cost of transport or fuel, duties, taxes, fees and exchange rate fluctuations . Whenever there is a change in the price of the trip, the customer will be immediately informed and invited, within the period set for him, to accept the verified increase or to cancel his registration under the same terms and conditions as those provided for in the heading “Impossibility of Greeting”.

Once the trip has started, no reimbursement is due for services not used by the customer. Failure to provide services provided for in the travel program for reasons not attributable to the organizing agency, and if it is not possible to replace them with other equivalent ones, gives the customer the right to be reimbursed for the difference between the price of the services provided and those actually provided.

They can only be considered provided that they are presented in writing and within a period not exceeding 20 days after the end of the provision of services. The same can only be accepted as long as they have been communicated to the service providers (carriers, hotels, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay, demanding from them the respective documents proving the occurrence.

The agency reserves the right to cancel the organized trip if the number of participants is less than the minimum required. In these cases, the customer will be informed in writing of the cancellation within 8 days in advance, and in this case, the agency will not be liable for the termination.

The client must have all his personal or family documentation in good order (passports, identity cards, authorizations for minors, visas, vaccination certificates and other eventually required). Ballots or birth certificates are not valid as a travel document. The organizing agency declines any responsibility for the refusal to grant visas, or for not allowing the client to enter a foreign country; in these cases, the conditions established for canceling the trip apply, and any and all costs that the situation entails are the responsibility of the customer. When traveling within the European Union, customers must carry the corresponding European Health Insurance Card in order to obtain medical assistance.

The issuance of travel documents (plane tickets and vouchers) is subject to contractual conditions for group travel, so they cannot be issued well in advance of the departure date. Under exceptional conditions imposed by suppliers, emissions may have to be anticipated.

During the circuit, the seats on the bus will be occupied daily on a rotating basis.

Meals included, whether in restaurants or hotels, will be served to the group at a fixed time and with the same menu for all participants, with no changes allowed.

Arrival and departure times in each city are indicated in local time in the respective country and according to the timetables indicated by the transport companies at the time this program was printed, and are therefore subject to change. For trips made wholly or partially by bus, the times shown are approximate. In all means of transport, delays resulting from technical or other reasons related to either the means of transport themselves, the transport companies, or natural causes are excluded.

At any time, the passenger may withdraw from the trip by means of written communication, being entitled to a refund of the amounts paid deducted from the following expenses;
